  • ZetTenology, a leading manufacturer of high-quality hygiene products such as wet wipes, moist toilet paper, and private label toilet soap for major retailers, has been cooperating with Team Coaching Alliance since 2021. Specifically, team coaches Natalia Smourova, Olga Lavrenko, and Daria Rudnik were tasked with the leadership development of a newly formed executive team, which underwent significant renewal by the end of 2021 due to rapid business growth.
    Natalia, Daria, and Olga facilitated two team sessions for the leadership team. As a result, the team developed the Leadership Code, which outlines the basic principles of behavior, key leadership competencies relevant to the company in its current phase of organizational development, and individual development steps for each team member.
    As high-level coaches, Olga, Natalia, and Daria provided ongoing support to our team, both during and after the sessions. They suggested various steps to strengthen the culture of leadership interaction and took great responsibility to ensure that the transformation process was not confined to the leadership sessions but became a part of the team’s everyday life.

  • I want to thank Daria Rudnik and Natalia Gulchevskaya for the professional support they have provided during the team coaching of my team. We’ve been working with a team of 5 people for a period of 6 months (fall 2020 – spring 2021). The coaches helped me as a team leader to identify priorities that helped me to focus on more systemic and strategic tasks. I have restructured the work of my department so that the team members became more independent in decision making, communication with the executive team, and starting up new initiatives. For my team, the team coaching helped to understand their roles more clearly, boosted cross-communication and collaborations, and mutual personal and professional support.
